N-Tax · UAE E-Invoicing

UAE e-invoicing goes live on 1 January 2027. Be ready on day one.

N-Tax is Contemplr's Peppol 5-corner platform. It turns your ERP invoices into validated PINT AE documents, exchanges them with your buyers and reports every one to the Federal Tax Authority.

How It Works

Five corners. One connector to your ERP.

The Peppol five-corner model: supplier, supplier access point, buyer access point and buyer exchange the invoice while data is reported to the tax authority

Connect

Connectors pull invoices from NetSuite and other ERPs, with no change to how finance teams work.

Validate

Every invoice is mapped to PINT AE and checked before it leaves, so rejections are caught at source.

Exchange and report

Invoices go to the buyer's access point and their data goes to the Federal Tax Authority in near real time.

Track and archive

Acknowledgements and rejections flow back to the ERP, and exact messages are archived for audit.

Hypercare

Our team monitors rejection rates daily through go-live and fixes master-data issues with you.

UAE E-Invoicing Readiness Checklist

Ten steps to be ready before your deadline.

  1. Confirm your phase. Revenue of AED 50 million or more: go-live 1 January 2027, with an Accredited Service Provider appointed by 31 July 2026. Other businesses: 1 July 2027.
  2. Appoint an owner. Name one executive owner for e-invoicing across finance, tax and IT.
  3. Select your ASP route. Choose an Accredited Service Provider and confirm how it connects to your ERP.
  4. Map your invoice data. Map ERP fields to the PINT AE data model, including the 51 mandatory fields for tax invoices.
  5. Clean master data. Validate TINs, tax codes, addresses and item classifications for customers and suppliers.
  6. Cover every document type. Tax invoices, commercial invoices, credit notes and self-billing scenarios.
  7. Design status handling. Route acknowledgements and rejections back into the ERP with clear ownership.
  8. Plan archiving. Retain the exact structured messages exchanged, not only printable copies.
  9. Test with real invoices. Run a parallel period with live volumes before the go-live date.
  10. Train and monitor. Train finance users and monitor rejection rates weekly after go-live.
